OVERVIEW
The webinar is a high-level overview of the processes recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to complete a complex supply chain project using the methodology outlined their official publication, the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK).

The webinar also provides an overview of topics covered at part of our Supply Chain Project Management course series hosted by the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute at Georgia Tech.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
John Szoke is lead instructor for our Supply Chain Project Management course series and a Lean Deployment Executive with LeanCor. He has over 15 years of hands-on supply chain experience and has been responsible for leading comprehensive and complex lean supply chain transformations for Fortune 500 companies down to small regional manufacturers. John has also held various roles in logistics operations management in repetitive manufacturing environments and is an experienced lean trainer.
